About us
The history of Soul Temple began in 2016 with the opening of surfer cafe Soul near the beach in Weligama. The excellent cuisine, and, to a large extent, the generous serving sizes, have earned Soul Café a reputation for the most delicious place in the surroundings.
Next project was a small cozy hotel in neighboring Mirissa. And finally, a dream come true - Soul Surfing School.
Soul Surfing School is the only one on the south coast of Sri Lanka, built from scratch according to the architectural design of our friend - a young architect from London. Everything is here to make surfing training joyful, comfortable and effective. Professional instructors, brand new surfboards for any level of surfing, spaces for theory lessons and skate half-pipe for working out technical elements when your body is tired after being in the ocean.
All this is Soul Temple. The space where the spirit of surfing lives and everything is united with one goal is to turn the acquaintance with surfing in Sri Lanka into a passion and love for all following life.

We are a team of surfers who created and built Soul Temple Of Surfing to
bring people together with a passion for the ocean and develop a culture of surfing in Sri Lanka. We surf everyday.
Alex
Alex is an extreme player and a surfer since childhoo. Before he came to surfing, he worked as a video operator. Creative perpetual motion machine, researcher and innovator. Constantly in search of new, unexplored spots and routes. Sri Lanka is a home for him, and if you want to see this island through the eyes of a local resident, and not a two-week-old tourist, follow Sasha.
Ksenia
In the restaurant business, Ksenia feels like a fish in the water - from the age of 18 at the bar counter of the most fashionable establishments in Moscow. Worked in Propaganda, Solyanka, Swan Lake, Stereotactic. General Bartenger Projects Ema and Horizon. Ksusha seemed to Weligama an ideal place to try her hand at her own business, and cooking was a creative, interesting and non-stop process. So in Weligama the famous Soul Café appeared .
Natasha
A girl from the world of male gloss, worked in Maxim and Esquire magazines. Natasha came on vacation to Sri Lanka and realized that she wanted to stay all winter. She wanted, she tried and it worked. And after 2 years she became a partner of Alex and Ksenia in Soul Café.
Victor
Smart surfer and surf instructor Victor is the author of exciting and scientifically based lectures on the theory of surfing. Victor has 9 years surfing experience in Europe, Indonesia, and Morocco. His experience as an instructor is 5 years.
Victor
Victor has 9 years background working in big international companies such as BMW and PlayStation as a Brand Manager. He has been moved to Sri Lanka to surf and does it persistently on a daily basis.
